The David and Indrė Roberts Collection regularly lends works to a wide range of UK and international institutions. As part of our aim to share the collection and make it accessible to as broad an audience as possible we welcome requests to borrow individual or multiple works. Details of current and past loans can be viewed here.

Loan enquiries

All loan queries should be emailed to:

Loan queries and requests must include the following information:

• Full details of the artwork(s) requested for loan
• Exhibition title, dates and venue(s)
• Reason for loan request and background to the exhibition
• Venue Facilities Report
• Details of how the requested work(s) will be insured

Formal loan requests

All formal loan requests should be made in writing and addressed to:
